Dark Chocolate

All you need is a good massage but a little dark chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.

Did you know that quality dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70% it is good for you? A 100 gram bar of dark chocolate with 70-85% cocoa contains the following RDAs: 67% for Iron, 58% for Magnesium, 89% for Copper, 98% for Manganese. It also has plenty of potassium, phosphorus, zinc and selenium and 11 grams of fiber. Dark chocolate often contains some sugar, but the amounts are usually small and the darker the chocolate, the less sugar it will contain. I know what I’m having for lunch!
